The Mission of Slightly-Mad Science:

To provide science (physics/chemistry) demonstrations that entertain and hopefully inform.  I'll also do a parody or something funny from time to time, but science craziness is mainly what I'm here for.

Why am I so Mad about Science?

Science isn't the easiest subject in the world to learn, but it's one of the most fun, and one that has a significant impact on our quality of life.  ALL technology, from the wheel and running water, to our cars and the Internet, are only possible due to our understanding of the physical world.  That understanding comes from the application of science. 

Don't like science?  I can respect that.  So be true to your convictions...get off the Internet and go build a log cabin in the woods or something.
